Last week I did an absolutely terrifying thing. Something way outside of my comfort zone, but something I’m now very proud to have done. It wasn’t death-defying, and it didn’t involve dizzying heights or great speeds. In fact, in many ways it was pretty usual for my line of work: I stood up in front of 250 people and gave a short talk.
A huge thanks to everyone who attended our seminar last night, looking at 'Community, collaboration and cash: can sustainability survive on a shoestring?'; we hope you had as much fun as we did! As always, there was a fantastic atmosphere, and our speakers Phil Downing, Daniel Vockins and Clare Hierons did us proud- the debate carried on well into the night.
2013 has been a busy year so far here at SE2, and the second half is set to be even busier- so we thought now would be a good time to give you an update on everything we’ve been working on, with the latest copy of our Summer Newsletter!
As well as putting our newsletter together we’ve also been looking forward to catching up with everyone at our next SE2 Seminar on September 12th
