Coming soon: EI Energy Efficiency Conference 2018
The EI's popular Energy Efficiency Conference is back.
This one-day event brings together energy managers, energy end users, behavioural psychologists, designers, consultants and academics to discuss the latest issues surrounding energy efficiency. This year's event will again be held at the Energy Institute in London on Wednesday 28th March.
The conference will explore energy saving technologies and innovations hand-in-hand with how to raise energy awareness and deploy great behaviour change strategies. Expert speakers will help you consider a wide range of topics, including energy legislation, standards, auditing, building design, management strategy, business operations, and performance monitoring.
Speakers will include:
- Tyrone Anderson, BAE Systems – how innovation in technology has helped BAE Systems dramatically reduce its power consumption and open up new commercial markets
- Dr Maria Syprou, Marks and Spencer – we all know about M&S’ groundbreaking Plan A, but what does it mean from an energy management perspective?
- Daniel White, The Behaviouralist – behavioural psychology expertise from a former local authority energy manager
- Ruaraidh Bellew, EP&T Global –demystify digitalisation and data analytics to help you find the value in your energy data
- Alex Gilbert, Amber Infrastructure – opportunities for investment in public sector and commercial energy efficiency including new funding for London

PS. We're very happy to promote this event, and have no commercial arrangement with the organisers. Liz has been to this event in previous years and says “it’s an intense day, rich with information, with a great blend of strategic, technical and behavioural content. Well worth the day's investment.”
